Shipping Guidelines
This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be read in conjunction with our Main Terms.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This Policy applies to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping options?
We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third-party vendor may manage our inventory and ship your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. The average shipping time for domestic orders in the United States is 5-8 business days. All tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been processed and shipped.
How is my subscription fulfilled?

If you purchase a subscription, we will ship on the date and frequency you select in your account settings.
Currently, combined shipping for multiple subscription orders is only available for subscription orders that are set to ship within 24 hours. Please note that orders can only be combined if you use the same shipping address and payment history.
Item substitutions can be made within 5 days of the ship date.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to the following countries.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions related to certain international shipments, and you may be subject to additional taxes that we have no control over. If this happens, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and for being responsible for any such additional fees or taxes.
Are there any other shipping restrictions?
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding scheduled closures of fulfillment centers.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be available.
- We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. All orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.
- International orders may take up to 10-30 business days to arrive outside the United States.
- Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on final destination to provide the lowest current shipping costs.
What if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know the revised estimated delivery date.
